There are different models of governance, legal structure and decision-making that respond to the needs of projects that have both objectives of maximizing the “purpose” and “impact” and traditional economic profitability objectives. During this meeting we will talk about examples of companies structured according to "alternative" models, such as the sociocratic one (decision-making method based on assent), agile or TEAL, and we will also look at innovative legal structures such as steward-ownership (a valid one for classic shareholding) .
