Serving impact-driven organizations
We support start-ups, SMEs, and non-profit organizations with high social and environmental impact potential in Southern Switzerland that:

Tackle a social challenge with innovative solutions, contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Have (or aim to develop) a scalable and/or replicable business model, becoming an island of coherence.

Place impact at the core of their activity, with a solid and measurable Theory of Change.

Aim for financial sustainability without relying solely on an exit strategy.

Maintain decision-making autonomy while actively engaging stakeholders.

They aim to generate a positive and systemic impact starting from the territory in which they operate.
Each year, we select projects to collaborate with in order to generate systemic impact in our region.

We do not invest in individual projects, but in an ecosystemic model.
We are a group of people and organizations who share a vision: to make Ticino a model of sustainable innovation, where companies and organizations not only grow but also generate value for people and the environment.

Impact Club: il programma per progetti ad impatto in Ticino
An interconnected ecosystem
We work to create, strengthen, and connect local projects that know how to become islands of coherence: entities capable of staying true to their values, even in unstable contexts, and positively influencing the system in which they operate. These islands are interconnected, dynamic, and become concrete examples of change.

The Impact Club program is supported by a group of individuals, organizations, and families from the region.
who make their time, resources, and expertise available to help grow local impact-driven projects.
Would you like to be part of it too? Join us and put your skills, resources, and vision at the service of this initiative: together we can make Ticino a model of sustainable innovation.
