Marco Righetti
Committee Chair
Marco Righetti is a CFO and board member with experience in finance, governance, and impact investing. He has worked internationally supporting companies and investment vehicles, particularly businesses operating in developing countries focused on creating social and environmental impact. He's a co-founder of Impact Hub Ticino and has supported its development since its foundation.
Mirko Bianchi
Committee Member
Involved with Impact Hub Ticino since 2020, Mirko has spent 15 years working in organizational development. He has collaborated with numerous incubators, fostering a culture of entrepreneurial courage. He has learned to navigate uncertainty, recognizing it as an inherent component of human and professional environments.
He currently leads a division of the Swiss Red Cross in Ticino.
Angelica Morrone
Committee Member
Started her career in investment banking, she has lived in foreign countries from a young age, shaping her global perspective.
An entrepreneur at heart, she founded her own asset management company in the late 90s in the US and has since built extensive expertise across investment strategies and geographies. Impact always the fil rouge of her professional and personal life.
A lifelong competitive athlete, she applies discipline, focus, cooperation and grit to every aspect of her life.
Simona Gamba
Committee Member
With over 20 years of experience in operations, digital strategy, service design, and marketing, Simona supports organizations and teams in their digital transformation journeys. She collaborates with the Lugano Living Lab on generative AI and blockchain, promoting innovative, responsible, and effective adoption of new technologies.

Catie Burlando
Impact Club incubator manager
Catie is responsible for the Impact Club incubator. She has a PhD and more than 15 years of experience in designing and implementing multi-stakeholder and entrepreneurial social innovation projects. She loves being in nature, walking and sleeping under the stars. She dreams of a future where we are more conscious and act in harmony with our planet and others.
Alex Leardini
Operation and facility manager
Alex manages the coworking space, always ensuring a good welcome and experience. He has many years of experience in the hospitality industry in Italy and Switzerland. He loves going on nature walks with his wife, cycling and collecting mushrooms. He dreams of a more inclusive and sustainable future for the new generations.
Carlotta Zarattini
Impact Club
Carlotta coordinates, along with Tommaso, the Impact Club Community.
She studied art history and photography and worked for several years as a cultural promoter in Ticino. She loves nature, regenerative agriculture, enjoys cross-country skiing and believes in humanity.
Dario Dellanoce
Impact Growth and Community Lead
Dario is responsible for the activities that enhance and contribute to the growth of the Impact Hub Ticino community, inside and outside the coworking space. He has a background in communication, and a decade of experience in user experience, participatory design and innovation. In his spare time he organises an independent music festival.
Anna Orsenigo
Community & Communication manager
Anna is in charge of creating content for Impact Hub Ticino’s communication channels and co-manages the Community together with Dario.
She holds a degree in Social Sciences for Globalization, loves spending time in the mountains, and is passionate about building a more inclusive world. She's vegan and transfeminist.

Our co-working space is made so beautifully and welcoming thanks to our group of volunteers: the hubonauts help us run the day-to-day activities of Impact Hub and welcome our visitors to Impact Hub Ticino every day.

My experience at Impact Hub Ticino fed my need for inspiration and stimulation. The association
Many people have voluntarily contributed in recent years to create Impact Hub Ticino, belong to the association. The association is responsible for defining the vision and strategy, as well as provide financial oversight of Impact Hub Ticino. The association elects a committee, which delegates the management of the Hub to the operations team on an annual basis.
