Our team

Catie is responsible for the Impact Club incubator. She has a PhD and more than 15 years of experience in designing and implementing multi-stakeholder and entrepreneurial social innovation projects. She loves being in nature, walking and sleeping under the stars. She dreams of a future where we are more conscious and act in harmony with our planet and others.

Alex manages the coworking space, always ensuring a good welcome and experience. He has many years of experience in the hospitality industry in Italy and Switzerland. He loves going on nature walks with his wife, cycling and collecting mushrooms. He dreams of a more inclusive and sustainable future for the new generations.

Tommaso is involved in the life of the Association, programme development and in particular the Impact Club. Born and raised in Lugano, he studied Economic and Social Sciences in Fribourg and Geneva. He has worked for the UN and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in various countries in Africa and Asia. Married and father of three children, he dreams of a fairer, more solidarity-based and sustainable world.

Carlotta coordinates, along with Tommaso, the Impact Club Community.

She studied art history and photography and worked for several years as a cultural promoter in Ticino. She loves nature, regenerative agriculture, enjoys cross-country skiing and believes in humanity.​

Dario is responsible for the activities that enhance and contribute to the growth of the Impact Hub Ticino community, inside and outside the coworking space. He has a background in communication, and a decade of experience in user experience, participatory design and innovation. In his spare time he organises an independent music festival.

Anna is in charge of creating content for Impact Hub Ticino’s communication channels and co-manages the Community together with Dario.

She holds a degree in Social Sciences for Globalization, loves spending time in the mountains, and is passionate about building a more inclusive world. She's vegan and transfeminist.

Tiziano leads the strategic direction and development of Impact Hub Ticino, with a strong focus on sustainable innovation and social impact.

Having built his career between Italy and Switzerland, he has worked across entrepreneurial, philanthropic, and institutional sectors—coordinating innovation programs on circular economy, venture philanthropy, and startup support from early to later stages.

A humanist and facilitator, he integrates somatic practices and mindfulness into his work. He lives in Massagno and dreams of a future where communities and businesses grow and evolve together.
