There are different models of governance, legal and decision-making structure that meet the needs of projects that possess both "purpose" and "impact" maximization objectives and traditional economic profitability goals. During this meeting we will discuss examples of companies structured according to "alternative" models, such as sociocratic (assent-based decision-making method), agile, or TEAL, and we will also look at innovative legal structures such as steward-ownership (a viable to classical shareholding).
