Impact Hub Ticino is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Coworking Community Team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting daily activities related to hospitality, events, and community engagement, with a specific focus on sustainability and social innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in great environment.

Responsibilities

Hospitality: Contribute to creating a sustainable and eco-friendly coworking environment that aligns with our commitment to environmental responsibility.

Event Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events mostly organized by IHT that promote sustainability, social impact, and community engagement.

Community Building for Change: Engage with our community members to cultivate a collaborative and impact-driven ecosystem within our coworking space.

Social Media and Communication: use your social media skills to highlight our initiatives, share impactful stories, and amplify our positive community contributions.
You are

A passionate advocate for sustainability and social impact.

Enthusiastic about community building and creating positive experiences.

Familiar with social media platforms and adept at content creation.

An individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proactive, with an eagerness to contribute to a purpose-driven community.

Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Eager to grow as a human being and committed to a personal development journey.

A student in hospitality management, marketing/communication or a related field.

Proficient in Italian, either as a native language or at a C1 level; strong written and spoken English skills (level B2 or better); knowledge of another Swiss national language is a plus.

Preferably holder of a Swiss work permit or a Swiss nationality.
